All certified applicators participating in the application during setting up and breaking down of application of equipment and during visual inspection must wear:

  • Coveralls over long-sleeved shirt and long pants
  • Shoes and socks
  • Chemical-resistant gloves made of butyl rubber
    • A NIOSH-approved full face respirator with either organic-vapor removing cartridges with a prefilter approved for pesticides (MSHA/NIOSH approval number prefix TC-23C)
    • A canister approved for pesticides (MSHA/NIOSH approval number prefix TX-14G)
